In my opinion the antenna mold clone troopers were the golden age of clone trooper action figures. The clean normal clone was my first ever Star Wars action figure ever, great memories.
I know yellowing is a big issue but the best way to prevent yellowing is to keep them away from heat. UV free bulbs are a must. UV lights allow the bromine in plastic to discolor so you want to prevent UV rays from hitting the figures
The 91st Trooper was a Target exclusive RotS figure which saw a very short production run. He's kinda like the corrected Commander Bly figure. As far as I remember, he may not have had an exclusive package for the figure and shared the same box ad the basic P2 RotS figure.
The sun is not quite reliable for deyellowing. I suggest a plastic tub and UV LED strip. It's a lot better and more even. I hope to go on to fix up some of my more yellowed stuff soon.
I bought a few of these guys sealed over two years ago, the 212th Attack, 442nd Siege, and 5th Fleet, and opened them. They weren’t yellowed on card, and they still aren’t yellowed. I’m primarily a Lego Star Wars collector, so take my input lightly, but I can tell ya mine have been loose and on/off display without yellowing a bit in over two years. My only guess is because they aren’t in direct sunlight, nor are they in a humid/warm environment. I don’t buy in to the finger oil thing, but am I just lucky?
