He certainly smashed Mohammad Alkhatib and lost to his lack of rule knowledge. However, M. Alkhatib took advantage of it, that football kick wasn’t clearly that strong to take him out of the match. He was done even before that football kick. It was a very cheap action by Alkhatib.

The ref could've given a TKO finish as well when the Jordanian fighter went down and it was obvious that he can't continue the fight... Both ways it was a stupid mistake from the Iranian fighter!
