As someone who works irl in quantum tech, I always felt a-bit lost when I finished the day and went back home... Being able to keep on working in quantum tech outside of office hours just seems to be what I've been missing. Thank you Coffee Stain for solving a problem I never knew I had! xD

I've never even made it to Aluminum. Okay once I completed the phase to begin unlocking aluminum. But then there were updates and I restarted and I never got back there.

I don't think it'll be clean. In that it'll likely be at least twice as radioactive as the plutonium waste. So grab your filters when setting up the chain and then keep a distance of 1km at all times after initiation. XD

I am pulling for you, I think the game will be beatable in under 6 months, ignoring stuff like impossible items in the Ficsit store ( I already have that last impossible item, but it took 6 months of work, and running the game most of the day unattended.)
I love how Tier 9 finally slips the surly bonds of science and sails into surreal science-fiction territory. Don't have enough of one molecule? Convert other molecules into the one you need! Create and contain Dark Matter and a different, sixth phase of matter! Lasers! 😊

It's a brain fps sampling effect, for example it happens when you watch tire's of a car, you can google it, in short if you take pictures of the ores every 1/30 sec (brain frame sampling i think its 30 but i am not sure 60 or 30 or somewhere around those) you can see the new ores are behind previous ores in each frame, brain attaches these frames and in this situation you see ores are going backwards, this effect is dependent on speed of conveyor belts, and has periodic function based on that

In the past there used to be this genuine excitement from the people making a videogame which is now all but absent in the industry. I first bought it from Epic Store. I really needed a fun Coop Game to play with friends without preasure. But I played it more in Alpha state then most games that I played only after full release. So as soon as it came out on Steam too, I purchased it again. The initial 29.99€ was just to little for this gemstone and I wanted to support them more. I mean if they ever make a Flush DLC just for support, that would be another option. But for now that was the best way for me. So now I payed 59.98€, an amount that some AAA games cost in Delux Edition. And I still think this games was the best deal for a game I ever made.

i gotta admit, i grew a bit attached to my plutonium storage death zone that has house-sized warning signs around it in all directions. And right in the middle of giant forest too 😁 Maybe i'll keep one container, just for the memories.
@@TimbavatiLion I know what you mean. Back in the 'can't dispose of uranium waste' days I made a towering Sky Prison to hold it all - likewise covered in huge warning signs 😂. Then it became possible to process it and I stored the resulting plutonium far out at sea, right at the edge of the map. Was kinda fun building to cater for waste. Though perhaps there's a downside to burning it completely - the Ficsonium could be pretty resource-intensive to make, and yields little power. I already limit uranium waste processing to save on pressure conversion cubes. So storage could still be a sensible option.
You guys have been cooking. I can't wait. As for the quantum fluid...I imagine that it's like if you added a third axis to a phase diagram. Like right now, if you take a material at zero Kelvin, it's generally a solid. If you heat it up, it becomes a liquid. If you heat it up even more, it becomes a gas or supercritical fluid. If you heat that up enough, it becomes a plasma. But what happens if you change how time works? I think the only thing that I haven't seen that I so dearly want is a mini storage container/parts dispenser for making an automatically refilling parts hub. A small (8-12 stack) storage bin with a conveyor input that stacks to the same dimensions as the conveyor splitters do. That way the central parts hub doesn't have to be massive or use gimmicks to have reasonable access to all the parts.
I've been so desperate for another game of Satisfactory recently, but with 1.0 coming I've not wanted to start a fresh save knowing that it's all going to change very soon. I've been inhaling recipe and build videos and I feel like I'm studying for a job - and I love it. Extremely hype
I love how the more advanced parts have like one toe dipped into real science. It gives a level of grounding to this game and its world. I also like how they don't shy away from the complex names of these advanced and/or theoretical materials/science. It makes the player feel smart and also learn something if they happen to google a name they are not familiar with. Keep it up guys, I can't wait for 1.0!!!!

Really loving the ability to automate power shards; I liked the idea some modders have had that you can make a "power slug farm" but I like this idea better! Making it an "end game" thing because THAT'S when you'll need it. I'm glad you're keeping the Quantum computer original skin, and TBH? I'm a little glad the supercomputer is "gone". I just didn't care for its model. Oh, it's a computer with an additional black thing on top. It looked weird to me (no offense to whoever made the model). While I never made it THAT FAR into Satisfactory, I'm glad to see tier 6 belts that can handle and entire Pure Node + Fully OC'd Tier 3 miner. That makes me really happy. Also to see so many cool new recipes for the particle accelerator and at least one new recipe for plutonium waste! Simply because I couldn't see using plutonium power as useful without a way to get rid of said waste (that didn't involve banishing lizard doggoes to the void or by "cheating"). So happy to see that! I'm interested in how ImKibitz will react to this since he... just RECENTLY "beat" Satisfactory only a few months ago. XD

I started satisfactory in U7. I could not for the life of me plan my own stuff out. I went to reddit. Asked one question about power. A guy named TEMPORAL or something like that answered me. I then saw his name in EVERY post. Absolutely dedicated to helping the community.. even a noob like me. Now I finally made my first heavy modular frame.. yes just one lol. I still have a ways to go. This game is massive and its gettong bigger. I cant wait. Keep it up devs you guys are amazing!!!

Out of the couple thousand hours I've played in Satisfactory, I've never made it past phase 5 before creating a new world. I think a lot of it was because there was no end-game. Looking forward to 1.0!

I don't think it'll be clean. In that it'll likely be at least twice as radioactive as the plutonium waste. So grab your filters when setting up the chain and then keep a distance of 1km at all times after initiation. XD

I'd love for someone to make a VR mod for the game so I can actually walk around my factories to see what they actually look like from my character's perspective, and just listen to the sounds of the factory humming away, churning out thousands of parts.

Yeah that's a real issue with early access games, they generally release after buyer's lifespan. But this one, i'm glad i bought it.
I am pulling for you, I think the game will be beatable in under 6 months, ignoring stuff like impossible items in the Ficsit store ( I already have that last impossible item, but it took 6 months of work, and running the game most of the day unattended.)

It's a brain fps sampling effect, for example it happens when you watch tire's of a car, you can google it, in short if you take pictures of the ores every 1/30 sec (brain frame sampling i think its 30 but i am not sure 60 or 30 or somewhere around those) you can see the new ores are behind previous ores in each frame, brain attaches these frames and in this situation you see ores are going backwards, this effect is dependent on speed of conveyor belts, and has periodic function based on that

I first bought it from Epic Store. I really needed a fun Coop Game to play with friends without preasure. But I played it more in Alpha state then most games that I played only after full release. So as soon as it came out on Steam too, I purchased it again. The initial 29.99€ was just to little for this gemstone and I wanted to support them more. I mean if they ever make a Flush DLC just for support, that would be another option. But for now that was the best way for me. So now I payed 59.98€, an amount that some AAA games cost in Delux Edition. And I still think this games was the best deal for a game I ever made.

@@TimbavatiLion I know what you mean. Back in the 'can't dispose of uranium waste' days I made a towering Sky Prison to hold it all - likewise covered in huge warning signs 😂. Then it became possible to process it and I stored the resulting plutonium far out at sea, right at the edge of the map. Was kinda fun building to cater for waste.
Though perhaps there's a downside to burning it completely - the Ficsonium could be pretty resource-intensive to make, and yields little power. I already limit uranium waste processing to save on pressure conversion cubes. So storage could still be a sensible option.

As for the quantum fluid...I imagine that it's like if you added a third axis to a phase diagram. Like right now, if you take a material at zero Kelvin, it's generally a solid. If you heat it up, it becomes a liquid. If you heat it up even more, it becomes a gas or supercritical fluid. If you heat that up enough, it becomes a plasma. But what happens if you change how time works?
I think the only thing that I haven't seen that I so dearly want is a mini storage container/parts dispenser for making an automatically refilling parts hub. A small (8-12 stack) storage bin with a conveyor input that stacks to the same dimensions as the conveyor splitters do. That way the central parts hub doesn't have to be massive or use gimmicks to have reasonable access to all the parts.

I've been so desperate for another game of Satisfactory recently, but with 1.0 coming I've not wanted to start a fresh save knowing that it's all going to change very soon. I've been inhaling recipe and build videos and I feel like I'm studying for a job - and I love it. Extremely hype
I love how the more advanced parts have like one toe dipped into real science. It gives a level of grounding to this game and its world. I also like how they don't shy away from the complex names of these advanced and/or theoretical materials/science. It makes the player feel smart and also learn something if they happen to google a name they are not familiar with. Keep it up guys, I can't wait for 1.0!!!!

I'm glad you're keeping the Quantum computer original skin, and TBH? I'm a little glad the supercomputer is "gone". I just didn't care for its model. Oh, it's a computer with an additional black thing on top. It looked weird to me (no offense to whoever made the model).
While I never made it THAT FAR into Satisfactory, I'm glad to see tier 6 belts that can handle and entire Pure Node + Fully OC'd Tier 3 miner. That makes me really happy. Also to see so many cool new recipes for the particle accelerator and at least one new recipe for plutonium waste! Simply because I couldn't see using plutonium power as useful without a way to get rid of said waste (that didn't involve banishing lizard doggoes to the void or by "cheating"). So happy to see that!
I'm interested in how ImKibitz will react to this since he... just RECENTLY "beat" Satisfactory only a few months ago. XD

I am a technical director in a factory that produces oil and gas equippment. i have already emailed everyone that i am taking vacation starting from 10.09. i said that it will be the rest of the week but know im thinking about extending it to one more week
