I had the same frustration with the Tide today. I bought it and when I got home I discovered that the Ibotta rebate no longer included Publix. For the sirloin tri tip I just cook it the same way I'd make prime rib. Also, you can ask the butcher department to cut it into a smaller portion. At my store the portions were way more than I needed but they were happy to make me a smaller one.

You can season and seer the outside of the roast in hot pan then add to your crock pot with stock and veggies cook for about 4 to 6 hours and you can shred the meat with a fork and you have tasty tender meat.

@ldhawthorne yeah it was just $1 this time for me, it varies for everyone, sometimes I do get the $5 ones but lately I mostly get $1 or $3
