Had Bella her name from The Twilight Saga?
Lee is some man for one man ... Stay Safe & Fair Winds!! ☘
@6:00 why was removing that thru-hull left until now, rather pre-shave, inspecting any possible underlying issues, drying out while the rest was, etc.
Use Poly fittings, can heat shape/form, no rust or electrolysis.
Just a curious thought. Little divots are on golf balls to help them move through the air. Wouldn't it be funny if it did the same for boats.
Slowly getting there guy's Well Done Catalpa is looking good, All the hard work is paying off.
Merry Christmas 🎄 Love from The Land Down Under 😘 😘 😘 😘
Take it from someone who has been part of re skinning a few boats below the water line, you done it the easy way. Glassing overhead always ends with acetone eye wash 😂
Hi
Definitely not the best part of having a floating home! 🤔
All polyester yachts get osmosis in the end unless you put them on the hard to dry out at least a month a year. Cheers.
The joys of home ownership--wherever.
Thx for the life video that i just found minutes before ending :O)
What do u think about the Hanse 410 Sailboat?
Thx for sharing enjoyment of live to my exil. Internet is my ad liberatem.
Keep the Projects coming
Protect your eyes Lee PPE for all tradies
That looks like a great yard to work in!!
Awesome job guys I’m doing the same thing to a 56 Formosa at the moment please check and replace your grounding plate and the bronze grounding bolt it’s probably stuffed if it hasn’t been replaced. Cheers Tim from Adelaide.
I am finding stainless seems to corrode badly. Bronze seems to the answer below waterline. But the sailboat I have on the lift being built has no through holes below waterline whatsoever. That will make my life easier in the long run.
Your persistence will pay off and you will have an amazing home on the water again. Love the show.
The Hull…Very Critical ya get it “Right”…Congratulations 👍 Continue to Stay Safe and Enjoy 😎
Never long enough. I could watch pops fair and sand for hours
The hard work now will pay off, she’s looking good, love this channel and I’m loving my mud water, good on mud water for supporting Team Catalpa
From the look on Bella's face it seems she's done with sanding and filling holes . I hate it when I finish a project and say " I should have done it differently " . Well at least your done . it's going to look great all painted up .
As a middle aged longboarder who got his whole family into boarding, I wholeheartedly approve of you guys all skating :)
It seems that it's better for the hull to do it this way rather than stripping the whole thing and glassing; more organic if that makes sense. Great job!
🤯
A lot of hard work now lessons the amount of work in the future. Hope to see you chasing waves soon.
Teamwork makes the dream work.
You guys are a beautiful family! Keep it up👍🏼
Great job putting in the hard (stand) yards before going back into the water. It's going to be so satisfying once the work is done.
You got that right!
Stop with the mud water I drink tea or hot choc and am tired of these comercials. Just stop.
Drink some mud water, maybe you won't be so salty!
It’s not all about you, I suggest you take some pills and chill.
How do you think they pay for these episodes
