I never tire of watching your vids and practicing moves you teach. I am 69 years and disabled in my lower back. Watching your vids I can practice at my own speed. By practicing over and over I have noticed muscle memory in my few opportunities working out with another but it IS happening, THANK YOU BROTHER.

In the edged weapons knife communities there are so many solutions, one that you may want to add to your education skill set that the Military and Law Enforcement community has been successfully using is trainingknives.net/july-2018-knife-defense-offense-certification-specialist-instructor-course/ . You can never get enough good training!
He's an Israeli commando and often Islamic insurgents drug themselves with adrenaline, PCP, or cocaine before going into combat. Knife attacks are a huge problem in Israel too and also in the UK, Sweden and Germany. Pepper spray isn't going to help if the attacker is charging at you with a knife while dusted to his eyeballs, however if you slice his throat he will eventually drop dead

This is by far the very best I have seen on teaching knife defense-fighting, meaning the instructions are excellent, clear and complete.
