To echo the previous comments the assembly is very difficult and in areas poorly fitting. I’m not sure they have been consumer tested! Material quality seems very good but the instructions and video are not very reflective

Wow and this is from Cybex itself ? Don’t get me wrong. The stroller itself is high quality. But this video is made as if assembling it is so easy and effortless. I am an 182 cm man 95 kg with 10 years gym training. I huffed and I puffed during the assembly of this stroller, at all times during the assembly I felt “ok one more push and I will break something”, the video and the manual provide zero details on what to insert where and in what direction. Thank God there are other videos online out there from regular people who tell you exactly how to assemble things.
Question 1: why not deliver it assembled in the first place ?
Question 2: if it is better for the parents to assemble it, why not provide a youtube video or at least a manual with actual words and 3D illustrations IKEA style to make life easier for people? I am sure with the price of this thing, you people can afford to take a minute of your time to produce a decent demo video.

I have to second the first comment, products great, you set up guides are rubbish and with your premium price tag you should do better, with audio description in your marketed languages.

This was incredibly hard to put together. The instructions weren’t great and the cover wasn’t properly fitted for the chair, way too stiff and fiddly.
For the money that’s been paid you’d think it would be super straightforward and not take the better part of an hour to assemble.
