She should hit there, where the body is not ready to take a hit AND THEN try to hit at the face, when the guard is going down. There's a huge difference between male and female champions. She could hold her title several times, but in "male fights" she would be crushed after one, cuz their level of skills is much higher. It's not patriotic what I say, but well, I'm trying to be objective. Still - she's a great fighter and no one can say she has no heart to fight.
