@@ItsVivekJ I have a CM7750 at home. I think it actually retails for more than the CVA7845. To answer your question, neither of them make better coffee than a CM5 or a CM6. If you have some extra dough laying around (and you’re remodeling your kitchen) I’d recommend considering a built in. But if you’re looking to save some money, you should definitely consider a CM5 or CM6.
I have a 6800for about 6 years and it has costed more in maintenance than the machine itself. The coffee is only good in the first years, then no matter how many times you call miele repair it is never the same. Coffee and milk is never hot enough, and o don’t even mean hot that you can’t sip, the beverage is warm at best. So, this machine is only good until your first break, and believe me, it is built to break. This is the first miele appliance that I not only don’t recommend but I absolutely hate. I have dish washer, freezer, wine cooler full size, washer and dryer, induction stove… vacuum… you name it… whatever miele makes I buy and love. But this coffee machine is JUNK

I’ve run thousands of cups through ours with zero issues. BUT, I follow ALL of the maintenance and cleaning procedures and recommendations. I’d also, suggest opting for Miele’s 5 year warranty extension. It’s a few hundred dollars but it’s worth it, even if it’s for just peace of mind.
They both make great Coffee. They both have a plumbed option however the Thermador version will require a drain. I really liked the Thermador but ours had a massive failure and their service tech couldn’t repair it. Before contacting their service department I tried locating the faulty drain sensor through their parts diagrams. It looked way too complicated which is why I ended up contacting their service. The BSH service tech was extremely knowledgeable but didn’t seem to have a lot of experience with this coffee system. Based on the complexity of the design I wouldn’t buy one and consequently have been reluctant to recommend them.
Honestly, I was thinking we were going to see the 7000 series a few years ago. I’m really-really hoping that we’ll see them next year but there’s no telling.
I have CVA 6805 Built-in coffee machine. The issue I have is when I pull the drip tray to drain or to empty. There are coffee leaked underneath the drip tray causing coffee spilled all over the floor. How do I avoid this coffee leak to happen? Thanks
I’m reasonably certain there is no app connectivity with any 6000 series products for the US market. Up until this year all we had access to were few Laundry products and and few of the Dishwashers.
They do offer it in a White Glass and Charcoal Grey Glass finishes as well. I’m wondering if they’ll ever move to a more monochromatic stainless. There’s too much black in their design.

I heard there are some major issues already. 3 coffee beans options are nice and auto descaling. That’s the only difference

When are Miele going to upgrade to a colour picture display?
The 6800 does have a full color TFT display but for some strange reason Miele primarily displays their graphics in Black and White. 🤦🏻♂️

This the older CVA6805. It was recently replaced with the CVA7805.
When I’ve been trying to sync my CVA6805 to the Miele app, I can’t find the “Network” or “Miele@home” menu choices on the device. Any suggestions?

lol I’m not a fan of their coffee either. The point is that you can make those drinks at home…using better coffee. 😉
