Digger in Birmingham filling in ventilation shaft that opened up on commercial site

Video of PT member developer Phil Stewardson which he wanted posted to assist another member.
Phil had an issue last year on one of his commercial sites where a ventilation shaft opened up, fortunately it was only a meter in diameter and 20mtrs deep.
