Make sure to plant a lot of trees within the parking lots, and wherever possible for shade as well for regulating the rain water.
To reduce the runoff from it:
Plant a rain garden.
Plant trees.
Reduce impervious surfaces; install permeable pavements.
Plant a green roof.

This airport is meant to be the world greenest airport with lots of trees, but so far, saplings have been planted now, which will be fully grown by 2025
