in OPTCG the biggest skill you can have is knowledge of what your opponents is looking to do, so that you can make the most beneficial plays to cut off their win conditions or keep yours together. Which is honestly why everyone should take a crash course in any deck they think they'll play against like our guides give :)
I love this so much building a king deck before this came out. I did notice as well that if you have the big mom and kaido 10 cost and field, then the next turn plays both maria and sabo. You can protect both of them from the ko effect than add the 2 acrive don for 14k attack and have a blocker on field ramp back up to 5 or 6 if you have onigashima from early play plus could add en extra card to hand if 5 or less. Which seems like a very good combo, but hard to do
It's definitely very powerful that's just so much interaction and the format knowingly getting bigger and bigger cost wise that idt it'll be that crazy to kill kaido & linlins before you even get the attack off. So I'm recommending a variation that'd more interactive less building to a massive win con like that

I've been running the Japan list for about a week now, and it seems good but definitely dies to decks that swing big constantly like Yamato and Katakuri or wide boards like Doffy and Kalgara. Definitely needs some tweaks.
Yeah obviously it's taking a RP Law format into account, I think there's definitely no lot to play with though I thorough believe 10c kuzan is where you wanna be. Makes kamazo crazy piece with repetitive KO when using leaders, before any additional cards you play per turn.
It's pretty fun but unfortunately the other top end decks are just too oppressive while the aggressive decks have been far too fast :/ still really fun to play at your local store but wouldn't recommend at a regional level event

Jack is not once per turn. If there a card eventually that lets you unrest it, you can tap him again to KO another 3c or less.
I've been playing him over the last week or so and he is absolutely my new favorite deck!

luci is one of the worst matchup
Lucci is literally a cakewalk on curve, and you can reinforce it by playing Sabo blockers over Queen blockers.
