    INGREDIENTS:
    1 Box of Krusteaz Cinnamon Swirl crumb cake and muffin mix
    3/4 cup water
    2 eggs
    1/3 cup brown sugar
    1/2 Tbsp ground cinnamon
    2 egg bite molds
    non-stick cooking spray
    1.5 cups water

    I made these today & they're great. My notes: I printed the (partial) recipe from above but watched the video again for details - amount of water I used was 2/3c (not 3/4c); I needed more cook time, used 16 minutes; & I did not need the extra cinnamon/brown sugar mixture. Thanks for a yummy treat.

    Sorry I'm late, just found it. Why do you prefer foil "lid", rather than silicone? Asking because I've been looking at buying a couple and thought it made more sense to to get them with lids.
    Still fairly new to IP world. Would appreciate any help in this matter. Thank you!

      I have the lids also. I prefer foil so if the cakes rise, it’s a bit more forgiving so it won’t distort the shape of the cakes if they expand.

      I wondered the same thing. Cooking with foil isn’t healthy.
