Shri Shubh Maharaj
Shubh Maharaj was born in a musical family of table maestro Pt. Kishan Maharaj as his grandson. Speciality of the young player is the pure Benaras Gharana style of playing. The style of Pt. Kishan Maharaj can be easily recognized in him and beside his guru, he was privileged to also receive the partial guidance from Pt. Sharda Sahay, Pt. Pooran Maharaj, Pt Kumar Bose and Pt Sukhvinder Singhji few outstanding table exponents from the same Guru Gharana.
By the date he has accompanied several leading maestros of Indian classical i.e.Pt Hariprasad Chaurasia, Ustad Amjad Ali Khan, Vidushi Girija Devi, Pandit Rajan sajan Mishra, Dr.N Rajam, Pt. Vishwa Mohan Bhatt, Ustad Shahid Parvez and lots more!!
He has performed in various national and international music festivals. He is an international acclaimed young table player today. A popular solo player and a wonderful accompanist at the same time.

There is a problem in the sound in this video, just after few minutes of the video starts the sound dropped. If you are listening with your mobile audio or laptop audio you won't get the bass. Using a high quality speaker will give you a little bit of satisfaction of sound, still it won't be up to the mark.
