If I play this song with power chords, by breaking each note of chord so will it work as a arpegio?
I played many song by learning from this channel and using same technique. Like lag ja gale, pal pal Dil ke paas and gulabi ankhein . I also started practicing the easy arpegio used in the song jab koi baat lag jaye. 😄(Facing problems in coordination) but recovering it.

Yes absolutely. This is how you build the foundation. Once you are comfortable with broken chords then you should be doing some exercises as these exercises will develop some coordination.
Then you can learn Arpeggio patterns.

Sir ek aur doubt hai mai chords ko left hand par 5 3 1 fingers ki jagha 3 2 1 fingers se play karta hu mujhe wo jyada comfortable lagta hai koi dikkat to nahi hai na.
