I'm actually feeling guilty for some cringe and shitty things I have done in the recent past but I get instant realization that what I did was not good for me. I want help in this thing, how can someone actually move on from his/her past... These thoughts continuously haunt me and make me embarrassed on an hourly basis. The problem is, It really affects my conversations and confidence as I have made up my mind that social life is done for someone like me, as people don't care about my improved version all they remember is what shit I have done in the past.
Step 1: Accept that you did it and it was okey. Step 2: Forgive yourself and praise yourself for learning and improving. Step 3: Don't bother about people if you don't have anything to take from them else confront and apologize. Step 4: Rush out and settle outside into other society where you can make a fresh start.

being unforgettable in conversation is nice but how to unforget a conversation? This is something that happens to me a lot if i am having a convo with any authoritative figure(except parents) and if the convo dont go as i planned in my head, i kind of dissociate and my mind stop working and then i will keep thinking about it for like the next 2-3 days. Any thoughts why it happens?
