I always felt like for being a part of Mushrambo's "triforce" so to speak (earth and water), these two were unfairly not given chances to shine on their own.
Especially Sago. Even though Kutal is my favourite.
Needs a reboot now
Most definitely.
Hey, TOEI ANIMATION was the one responsible for creating this anime. So maybe, they should do the same thing, like they did with the 2020 Series remake of "Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai".
Shinzo was one of the severely underrated anime shows that aired on Fox/ABC Family, along with Flint the Time Detective (also aired on Fox Kids), Tokyo Pig (most of its episodes are lost media), Mon Colle Knights (also aired on Fox Kids, but its Fox Kids English dub is lost media because when Discotek released its Complete Series on Blu-Ray, it wasn't able to find that dub), Daigunder (kinda reminded me of Power Rangers [but not as much as D.I.C.E.] and Gundam), and Oban Star-Racers (when Jetix existed; it was a pseudo-anime like Avatar and Kappa Mikey, since it was made in the US like them). I wish the Complete Series for Shinzo would be released on DVD/Blu-Ray, or even better, on any streaming service (doesn't matter, but TubiTV may be possible for it), TBH. 😇😇😇
Really?
I thought that "Shinzo", "Daigunder" and "Mon Colle Knights" were brought back by JETIX, back in 2006 for its "Anime Invasion Sundays" sub-block. Except for "Tokyo Pig" and "Battle B-Daman". For "Battle B-Daman", I dunno why JETIX didn’t brought that title back, for some reason.
And, for "Tokyo Pig", It’s not an "Action" title, it’s "Comedy". So, It belongs to Toon Disney, and TD does air a majority of Comedy stuff, oddly. Even that, Buena Vista/Miramax Family only released a handful of episodes of "Tokyo Pig" on DVD. Why didn’t Miramax Family hadn’t released more handful of episodes, or released the Complete Series on DVD, or even stream episodes of that title on Disney+?
Since Disney still owns the English rights to "Daigunder", "Shinzo", "Tokyo Pig" and "Ōban Star-Racers", Why didn’t they release them of the Vault and stream them on Disney+? You may never know.
@@JordansCornerofNostalgia There may be a chance that Disney+ might make a Jetix section for those shows that once aired on the Jetix Block (pre-Toon Disney Fox/ABC Family AND Toon Disney days), so let’s just cross our fingers and hope for the best. 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
That I doubt.
@@JordansCornerofNostalgia OK. I mean, Disney+ isn’t a “miracle worker” streaming platform, for Pete’s sake. (Miracle Worker is an expression meaning that you want them [in this case, Disney+] to get every show they once had on it right away.) 😇😇😇
Those were Wise Words, indeed. As a matter of fact, You’re even right.
Sago's is voiced by Steve Blum who currently voices TOM in Toonami previously he voiced other characters, in Digimon, WITCH, The Big O, & Wolverine & The X Men, And Kutal is voiced by the late Bob Papenbrook who voices characters for Power Rangers and is the father of Bryce Papenbrook who plays Adrien/Cat Noir, Felix/Flairmidable/Argos in Miraculous, Lance from Glitter Force: Doki Doki (Doki Doki: Pretty Cure's international dub) Basara from B-Daman Crossfire, Chooki from Tenkai Knights including Kirito from SAO.

So magical boys anime?
Well, Not entirely "Magical Boys".
But quite frankly, This show, "Shinzo" is basically a "Fantasy Adventure" 2-season serial, that combines the themes of Card-Games, "Isekai" (either "Person in a Strange World", "Parallel Universe" and/or "Summoned Into Another World") and Chinese Mythology.
@@JordansCornerofNostalgia oh yeah, haven't seen this show in like a decade. It's like loosely based off of journey to the west right?
So far, anyway. But, I wouldn’t even say that it’s based on the "Journey to the West" theme, unlike "Saiyuki" (and the "Saiyuki: Reload" two-part series.), which was based on two mythological themes: "Journey to the West" and "Monkey Legends".
@@candycane1744 right on the money. Yakumo is the pastiche for Tripitaka, Mushra for Wukong, Kutal is just a feline piggsy, and Sago is sandy if he were a useless pretty boy.
