Thank you for your review! I've been debating on taking it back but I've had it since November. I'm glad I'm not the only person that has a problem with the zipper tail or whatever it is. I thought it was a defect at first. Otherwise the bag is cute!!

Hi Lia! Update: the Carey crossbody came today! The bag came factory wrapped. It’s perfect! There is nothing wrong with it. I have the black one with gun metal hardware. I have a rexy strap that is the same hardware. It matches perfectly! I did take your advice and tucked that zipper part in the side. Great suggestion.

I did have a chance to Carey the Carey crossbody while running errands. It is a nice easy Carey bag. Not fussy at all! I wish more people would talk about this bag. It’s really nice!
