Lauren…my wife and I installed the Valuxhome 84” flush mount electric fireplace today and we think it may have been damaged in shipping. Was the fireplace you installed in this video silent/quiet when turned on? Ours is making a loud noise on the left side where it is showing some damage on the metal internal frame. Did you pull the fireplace out, install your tile, then reinstall using new mounting holes?
Or is there a separate finish trim around it for the tile?
can you remove the Valuxhome logo on the tempered glass for those who want a clean look

This brand has terrible customer service . No warranty. They don’t answer phone , they advise you to call the store you purchased it from to get credit.
