Ang tapang ni Pia. Remember nung magpost sya na babawi tayo sa pageant sa pagkatalo ni Pacquiao? She made sure na mananalo ang PH. Same naman nung sinubukan nya na magpaalam na magsusuot sya ng Filipino gown with pressure na dapat na ipapanalo nya yung MU. Grabe! Ikaw na Pia! The best talaga! Your stars had aligned that time! 😍❤

Pia's story has the most inspiring journey.. Unlike Catriona na parang ang perfect ng lahat pati Miss U title nya walang problema. Parang destiny nya tlga.. Unlike Pia who really worked hard and fought for the title from Binibini to Miss U.
Di naman petfect c catriona parang bsboy mga ang katswan ang laki at saka kaya lang siya nanalo kc dalawa ang pinoy judges noon at ansk pa ni chvet singson ..di tulad ni pia na puro talaga amerikano ang judges at lahat na judges bomoto kay pia. Pia is perfect miss universe everse.

Queens need not be humble for the safety of the insecure. Queens are not maids. Look what happen to Venus Raj, she walked like a Diva but her “down to earth” attitude as reflected at how she kept calling Mr. Baldwin, “Sir” like she is a servant girl. She lost because she lack the attitude of a Queen. She kept saying “Sir” to an American Judge, everyone in call centers are not allowed to use Sir/Maam. But Venus kept saying Sir.

I love Catriona and Pia wag naman sana magtampo ang fans ni Cat pero mas masaya Yung reign ni Pia. Ang daming guesting at Yung fun personality ni Pia nakita natin sa Facebook. Nasayangan ako Kay Catriona ang taas Kasi ng expectations ko kala ko mas mahihigitan nya si Pia Kasi talented sya kaso di naman naishow case ni Cat. Sana man lang nakita natin syang kumanta sa international stage. Buti pa si Pia pinakita Yung pagiging chef nya.

Pia walked so Catriona could run! Pia fought for Filipino designed outfits, if it was not for that, Catriona won’t even have the opportunity to create her own team and her own outfits custom designed. She would have been in trashy cumbia gowns.

Pia is the best Queen of the Contemporary Era, next maybe is Queen Kylie Verzosa. Relatable queens hindi pa hard to reach kuno. No wonder Queen P has all the endorsements earning her millions. Queen Kylie also has alot of projects still. That's how you do it after the crown is no longer in your head and you have passed it on!!

@@CJ-zl5ki I agree naman Cat was nervous esp sa top 5 but aminin natin even before the finals day/night na we are very confident na pag makapasok si Cat sa q & a it is already a done deal. As with Pia (love her to bits like Cat, too) medyo kinakabahan tayo bka she would stumble and she deliver big time and prove us doubters/haters wrong.

June Pineda Mercado gusto nya cguro yung kalahi nya.,my opinion lang po .
nabasa ko somewhere, na in the early 90's or 80's pinoy naman yung nagdamit sa mga reps natin pero marami kasing issues daw at clashing with madam's opinion kaya she decided to go for cumbia para mas may control sya. Nung sa time ni MJ yun yung nakuyog na siguro si madam dahil madami ang hindi happy. Plus, nung si Pia na she just took a chance to make decisions and siguro right timing lang tlaga.

I wish they'd talk about surgeries. I'd like to know what she's had done. If her teeth are natural. The nose looks done. When she walked out on the Miss Universe stage many thought she had boobs and butt implants. Who paid for her surgeries, the Binibini organization, herself, or sponsors? Not trying to bash, criticize or lessen her win. I thought she made a wonderful Miss Universe. I just would like to know about her physical transformations and how she came about them . . .

Kase si "Madam" ang nationality niya is Colombian so lahat ng source of gowns noon ay galing Colombia. Kay Pia lang nastop yung practice na yun and since then puro Filipino designers na ang sinusuot ngayon

I disagree, in 2013 Ariella Arida has the best and most remarkable answer. Pia's answer is good, but doesn't have that impact.

I agree. I Remember the host said when Pia was walked during the gown Competition she is confidently beautiful. So When Pia said confidently beautiful again I was ok. Lucy for Pia Miss Colombia and Miss USA answer were weak. What I really liked about Pia was her dress. It was different and she was smart to match the color with the crown.

It was not Pia's time. Yung styling nya hindi pa pang MU. It was Ara's time that night and si Mars Ara nag deliver tlga. Either way, si ara nanlamon sa Russia and Pia will be forever be the most controversial MU and probably, the most popular.
