@baybay433 excuse me all the years cea getting better and better. CEA have the heart and the determination two things that you do not have. CEA and Rays are two good gyms.
i know lol. i went over that with PSCheerleader101. lol and prelims determines what place you are in on the way to finals. how you compete in finals determines what what place you end up with. like a normal two day competition. like woodlands was in first from prelims and then after they competed with a mistake they ended up in third (if that explanation makes sense at all lol).
but thats why it does count day one. because if EE didn't drop day one they prob would have placed higher im sure because i thought that they should have placed higher. but EE went from 11th place (DAY1) to 5th (DAY2) becasue they hit. i thought that if TN Pumas would have hit, that they would have place top 3 but they had bobbles both days lol (sickest stunt sequence in sm sr btw lol).
They should have beat rays. the only reason why rays was because its all in the name. Thats how cheerleading has always been, and everyone knows it. CEA deserved first overall, they have alot of energy, routine was fantasic, everything hit, and they out tumbled rays. I cant wait til next year, because i really think CEA is gonna take over. :-)
but cleanliness is exactly what the judges want. lol they had difficulty and thats what put them first. they had original text book 1 1/4 ups. CEA didn't have that. Woodlands dropped and finished strong but there isn't room for mistakes in a division like this. I'm sure that looking at the score sheets that Woodlands, Rays, and CEA were really tight.
yeah thats good that they didn't give up but a first place team at worlds shouldn't drop ever. and yeahh i know mistakes happen, but there are consequences for mistakes. stingrays and woodlands were neck in neck the first day, but because of a pyramid mistake rays placed 2nd. Rays got first because of there cleanliness and there difficulty and they performed.
uhmm, its called performing. lol having fun= performing. if you don't perform the routine looks dull. and the scores do both add up they put you in the places. why do you think woodlands were in first?? Rays in 2nd CEA 3rd and so on. if the scores from day one didn't count then no one would BE in a place on day two.
