    Material A
    35 . cocoa powder
    Butter 50 or vegetable oil
    dark chocolate 150
    1-2 tsp vanilla extract

    150 . powdered sugar

    Low protein 100 flour
    Pan size 20x20
    Puff Pastry ready to use
    Material contents
    Cheese spread or Nutella
    30-50gr grated Cheddar Cheese
    Spread Ingredients
    1-2 egg yolks
    A pinch of salt
    How to bake Brownies
    Fire up and down temperature 170C for 20 minutes
    Oven large fire tangkring 160C for 20 minutes
    How to bake pastry
    Fire up and down temperature 180-200C
    For 18-20 minutes
    Once cooked, turn off the oven, let stand in the oven for 10 minutes (so that the results are more crunchy)
    How to make
    - Melt ingredient A over a pot of hot water
    - Beat ingredients B with a whisk until the color is pale and slightly fluffy, about 5 minutes
    - Add the melted ingredients A, mix well
    - Add ingredient C mix well
    - Pour into a baking sheet that has been lined with baking paper
    - Bake in a preheated oven
    - Once cooked, remove from the oven, let cool
    - Cold brownie, split in 2, take 1 part, spread with cheese spread or Nutella then sprinkle with grated cheese, cover the top with 1 other part.
    - Take puff pastry 30cm
    - Put the brownies in the middle, cut the left and right edges with a distance of 2-3 cm, then cover the brownies with alternating pastry
    - Brush with egg yolk
    - Bake in a preheated oven
