Buzkashi is the national sport of Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and Afghanistan. It is a traditional sport in which horse-mounted players attempt to place a goat or calf carcass in a goal. Similar games are known as kokboru, kokpar, kupkari, and ulak tartysh.
