If you have an extra closet you could use it for the litter boxes and put on a kitty door. I did it for my cat and I’m so glad we did! Keeps it clean and hidden!

So happy for you and Zane! Beautiful home. To make more room in your living room put your tv on the barn door wall and put you couch against the wall were you were going to put your tv. Another idea put your washer and dryer in your new closet room when you get ready to do it. Put the units in the closet that is already there. And when you remodel the upstairs bathroom some day add a washer and dryer upstairs for your guest and someday when you have kids. Cheers to new beginnings.

I know you just moved! And I mean this in the nicest way! But Benji looks like he wants to play! I have a cat the same way, so we make sure there are toys in each room. And a scratching post in each space you guys spend a lot of time in! Bedroom, living room, office, ect! Love watching you! So happy to see you guys in your first home! Congratulations!
Yes! My 3 cats have stuff in every room apart from the "utility" rooms like laundry etc. Even a massive cat tree in front of that window in the living room would be nice 🥰
When you make your closet room you should move your shoes from the shoe closet behind the couch, put a little cat door and make that the cat bathroom area!
I think the couch looks great as one. I would just get like a round coffee table so it doesn't look so boxy if that makes sense.?
you could also put extra pieces up stairs by chance if you wanted to make the couch smaller and then you already have seating for your guests thats a little separated

Please don't put a litter box in your beautiful livingroom. No bueno. Maybe if you have an extra room or closet you can put a cat swinging door. My cat has one and I love it. Company never has to see a litter box or smell it. Or step on litter that the cats kick out. 😉❤️

My husband and I use the same shower but use 2 separate bathrooms to get ready. It's so nice that we can both get ready at the same time without being in each other's way.
Even with a robot litter box you'll still need at least another one somewhere in the house somewhere

Hey Allisa! I love your videos I literally never miss one. I have a suggestion for your recycles! If you smoosh the cans and water bottles you can fit so much more in there. Also with boxes like pasta boxes or like Mac and cheese frozen pizza that sort of thing you can break them done and tear them a couple times and it doesn’t seem like it but it saves so much space! Anyways just a tip. Love the moving vlogs and your house is gorgeous!

If I had my AC that low I'd freeze to death lmao. My central air is set to lowest 23C in the summer which is 73F 😂 unfortunately we're already past that season where I live 🇨🇦 and we've already turned the heat on once!!!
When I moved I put my cats liter box in a closet with a cat door so they have their own spot and room and the smell won’t go through the house
this is actually genius, but I'm a little bit worried that the smell might affect the clothes. Maybe when i get a cat i'll do this but like just not use that one closet, and it will be like "theirs"

Benji was 100% in the ceiling. I just bought a house and my cat disappeared we could not find her. It was the worst 30 minutes of my life… turns out she just found a way into the basement ceiling and made herself comfortable. 😅 they’ll find the worst spots to go.
