So here are 9 important insights we could use to deal with suffering and find inner peace
    1. Understand that nothing is permanent and all suffering is an illusion of the mind
    2. Learn to let go of any attachments you may be holding onto

    4. Connect with nature to understand your own place in the Universe
    5. Live life with purpose, intentionality, and authenticity
    6. Disconnect from technology regularly for peace of mind
    7. Trust in the power of connection- seek out meaningful relationships with people you can rely on
    8. Develop love for yourself and others through acceptance

Emotion that is suffering ceases to be suffering at the moment it finds a meaning.

Pain is part of everyone's life, much worse for some, others have emotional, mental pain or have physical pain. I have some of both some emotional and some physical pain. I have relieved or ignored both bewhy strengthening my mind or mindfulness. When I get lost in a moment my physical and emotional pain are distant. In the morning I wake up, and As I lie in bed the physical pain doesn't bother me. But when I get up to make coffee and just sit pain in my back and neck build up to a point where I cannot ignore them, and I take pain relief medication. The pain relief it is an hour or hours away. From physical causes do to my career as a construction worker and Carpenter. I enjoyed doing carpentry and working Outdoors. Badly strained neck, and lower back pain. Can these be relieved through mindfulness? I have walk on hot coals and not felt it because I was unaware I was walking on hot coals. Can this also be relieved by traditional meditation for mindfulness? Not the hot coals but the neck and back pain? I'm in pain right now and I wish to know if you think it would relieve it. I ignored my thing for 30 years. And now it dominates my life. There are moments when I can forget about it. Sometimes with drugs and sometimes without.

You might wanna see a chiropractor/physical therapist. Also try some yoga and light stretching in the morning (whatever you can tolerate of course) much luck 🙌

@@GloriousVibe I live on a little house book everyday I have to pull on my Anker to check the ropes and I am watching two other boats and have to do the same there. I have to take care of my two little bunny rabbits which takes an hour to especially if it rains in the whole damn place gets wet. I get a whole lot of exercising and stretching. But when I watch people getting their back stepped on and neck jerk I really do want to try that because if you're desperate. My pain management doctor says don't do that, and my primary care physician is in agreement. I got that degenerative disc disease thing going on. I do want to see a chiropractor and maybe even a shrink

@edwardroche2480 you definitely should see a chiropractor and a therapist. A chiropractor could give you some techniques to strengthen the muscles surrounding your spine (it'll add structure and stability to your back and neck and could possibly reduce the pain by a lot) and seeing a therapist would be great for obvious reasons. Good luck 🙏
