[Elsword NA] Dominator Flotilla Rotation + Oath of Ruin/도미네이터 소함대 로테이션 + 파멸의 서약

Shoutout to my LB friend for giving me the idea of using OoR on Dominator.
Dominator Flotilla rotation with Oath of Ruin proc beforehand. I used Drone Activator into Fission Shot because of the auto-target.
Fission Shot should not be used point blank because it explodes too quickly and the maximum number of hits will not hit, reducing the chance of activating OoR. It should be used facing away from the target so they have some travel time before hitting to maximize number of hits.
Note that this increases the amount of time it takes for all drones to hit so which forces you to stay on OoR title longer, since you cannot switch off of OoR until it procs; switching off of it too soon will not allow it to proc even if the skill used to try and proc it was used while OoR was equipped.
Other ways that you can try and proc OoR is Dominator's ZZXX, ^Z, or ^X.
