Matobo Hills

Here are the graves of Cecil John Rhodes, Leander Starr Jameson and Sir Charles Coghlan, also a striking memorial to Alan Wilson and the men of his Patrol against the Matabele Rebellion on the Shangani River in 1896. I was always led to believe that the faces on the memorial were taken from photographs of the actual men.
