    2. Procrastination:
    Procrastination is the act of delaying or postponing tasks or responsibilities, often despite knowing the negative consequences of doing so. It involves putting off important or challenging activities in favor of more immediate, pleasurable distractions. Procrastination can stem from various factors, including fear of failure, perfectionism, lack of motivation, or poor time management skills. While procrastination may provide temporary relief from stress or discomfort, it ultimately leads to increased stress, decreased productivity, and feelings of guilt and inadequacy.
    3. Mindset:
    Mindset refers to the underlying attitudes, beliefs, and perspectives that shape an individual's approach to life, challenges, and opportunities. There are two primary mindsets: a fixed mindset and a growth mindset. A fixed mindset is characterized by the belief that abilities and intelligence are innate and unchangeable. Individuals with a fixed mindset may avoid challenges, give up easily in the face of setbacks, and view effort as fruitless. On the other hand, a growth mindset is characterized by the belief that abilities can be developed through dedication and hard work. Those with a growth mindset embrace challenges, persist in the face of obstacles, and see failure as an opportunity for learning and growth.
    4. Unwanted Things like Social Media and Toxic People:
    Unwanted things such as social media and toxic people can have detrimental effects on mental health and overall well-being. Social media platforms often foster comparison, unrealistic standards, and excessive consumption of negative information, leading to feelings of inadequacy, anxiety, and depression. Similarly, toxic people exhibit behaviors such as manipulation, criticism, and emotional abuse, draining the energy and happiness of those around them. It's crucial to recognize these negative influences and establish boundaries to protect oneself from their harmful effects. This may involve limiting social media usage, surrounding oneself with supportive and positive individuals, and prioritizing self-care and mental health practices.
