सर मैं एक छोटा दुकानदार हूँ।
और अपना रिटर्न खुद फाइल करता हूँ।
लेकिन मुझे एक बात समझनी है कि माल भाड़े पर उसी महीने टैक्स जमा करनी चाहिए या लाइबिल्टी से आईटीसी अथिक हो तो माल भाड़े पर उस महीने टैक्स जमा करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है।
बताने की मेहरबानी करें।
उदाहरण-
हमारी 5℅ दर वाली-
खरीदी - 50,00,000/-
CGST - 1,25,000/-
SGST - 1,25,000/-
TOTAL ITC - 2,50,000/-
माल भाड़ा - 2,00,000/-
बिक्री - 51,00,000/-
CGST - 1,27,500/-

Tax Payment
Liability - 2,55,000/-
(-) ITC - 2,50,000/-
Cash Paid - 5,000/-

फिर जब यह 8 लाख का स्टाक 11 लाख में बिकेगा तो हम 11 लाख पर पूरी टैक्स 55 हजार जमा करेंगे। हमने इसी प्रकार किया है।
यह सही है या हमें ऐसा करना चाहिए था कि हमें 2 लाख रुपए (माल भाड़े) पर उसी समय 10 हजार रुपये टैक्स जमा करके ITC Credit 2,60,000/- (2,50,000/- + 10,000/-) लेनी चाहिए थी।
अब इसका उपाय बताने की कृपा करें।
