Tracey~This by far is the easiest tea pocket DIY I've seen! I'm going to make these and add an instant chicken soup pack (with a decorative sleeve), Package them together in a cello bag.

Just an FYI , chamomile tea with honey is a good combo. I don't know if both will fit in this particular design. This is really nice just to let someone know you're thinking about them. I might do it for everyone in my building just because it's so economical but I'll probably use a half an envelope and just decorate it.
