I have a step daughter too, in the beginning she was very rude to me whenever she visits. She stays with her maternal grandmother and visits us once in a while. When i realized she was silly, i stayed in my lane. I don't poke my nose in her business, she spends time with her dad and leaves. I was at my shop one day when she showed up. She stayed there with me and helped me out and since then we've been good. Sometimes don't force things, let it happen naturally

This movie was beautiful!! All of the actors nailed their parts. Grace was definitely the most talkative, annoying stepmother, but she had a good heart and just wanted her blended family to work. Just let relationships grow organically. No need to force it. Obinna and his dad were an interesting pair just trying to navigate. This movie really resonated with me being a stepmother and now a new stepdaughter. God has blessed me with an amazing stepdaughter, and now I have a wonderful stepmother who was the perfect addition to our little family. Children should not be selfish and not want their parents to move on after the death of the other parent. What would I look like over here enjoying my husband and kids while my father sits in his empty home and grows old alone? Never let it be said I was selfish!

I love this movie. The "step stories" are always told from the point of view of daughters. I am so glad this one is about sons and how they also cope. It is never so easy for them like the world portrays.
This is a movie worth commending, the plot is relatable in most circumstance, the cast were well thought out, everything was on point. I had this problem with the man my mum was dating. I never liked him and everyone around us knew that. It's not funny. When I grew up, I understood what loneliness meant. I kind of felt pain within me when I remembered the way I treated my mum and her lover. I bet you It's naturally painful if you feel someone is taking your mum or dad from you. I don't blame Obina because I have been there before. Linda Osifo is a classic lady. She is naturally beautiful and she always acts extraordinary. She is a lady from her mum womb. I will place her in a royal family in Great Britain. Our man Frederick never disappoint . Bravo to all the cast. I don't know how Obina can create this countenance. He is damn good at it. ❤
