I predicted the downfall of town centres 10 years ago with the advent of online shopping and the imternet. Not surprised... Also...rates on shops are through the roof with inflation..as are rents.. less people living there, less business owners affording the shops . The multi storey car park and new bus station was built based on investment from hs 2... Thats now gone !! Wft does Crewe now do instead of the planned multiplex in town ???
I live in crewe, not far from the town centre. The town centre is mainly like this because of all the retail park outside of it. There are also loads of other towns up and down not just England but in wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland where town and city centres have less and less shops in and the councils are trying to push low standard accommodation. In crewe there was an old solicitors building across from the courts that’s now used to house migrants. Next door to Alberts Corner pub. There’s others been approved for hmos and such in the town centre above shops. Ps not just crewe has homeless people in shop doors. I’ve seen places like Truro in Cornwall like this.
Blackpool have started knocking old shops and buildings down. This is the way to go, shrink Town centres and try turning some into accommodation. In my small town Barrow in Furness 600 workers are moving into the old Debenhams so hopefully it will give the centre a boost. You can not shop on line and have a busy town centre aswel.
Go down Nantwich road. And the retail park on a Saturday afternoon you carnt move its that busy. The town centre is dead because of all the modernisation there doing
Nantwich Road!!!🤣 Are you having a laugh. I live 50 yards from the Nantwich Road "shops" Ok, head to there If you need a Turkish haircut, to place a bet. Or maybe you might want to buy a dodgy vape or a bong from one of the shops with way too many flashing neon signs. You might be in the market for a dose of the clap from one of the brothels and then finish off your day with a choice of SEVENTEEN kebab/pizza/takeaways in a half mile stretch. But don't go after dark unless you are on a Safari looking for the ubiquitous mountain bike riding Hooded Street Rodent. Nantwich road used to be lovely, and I should know, I've lived within 2 minutes walk of it for 52 years, it's now a violent S#!thole.
Can't they convert these buildings into low rent apartments for pensioners who can't afford to live in densely populated cities? By attracting a different segment of the population, they could bring life back to these localities.
This is the plan reduce population and all the buildings will be accommodation for you 15minute cities. Owned by Blackrock and the other elite maggots. Use cash and no digital ID

Labour will do nothing to help crew.
Film it on a Sunday early morning when shops will be closed anyway. Not a true reflection is it .. same with your other videos. If places
No tax payer, pension payer hotels for these poor white English people
