bro, I litterally was testing Master of Harmony out on Beta last night and had to send Blizz feedback that it takes way too long to build up vitality to make good use of the talent. I made the comparrisan that it should feel as impactful as Sheilens Gift at least 1-2m, but as is now I only get like 2 good uses out of it in a dungeon cause it takes too long to fill up enough juice.
