This DVD of odds and ends was available with the PNKA Power Parade's Final Fling DVD. Much more rough and ready, it shows mainline and sugar cane steam including dumped mainline steam and mills now closed in 1982.

No, sorry. Closed before I got to it. I did see the closed terminus close to Surabaya in 1984 but it was too late for anything moving.
