In the canon of kny, I'm not sure, in my AU, no, Muzan didn't erased akaza's memories, in my AU, Muzan's blood has a side effect and that could erase a bit of a memory and this is not something that he couldn't control, since Akaza didn't and wouldn't kill and eat a woman, it struggles Muzan to make him the Uppermoon 3 because he needs extra blood to have enough strength to be an Uppermoon and the extra blood made Akaza looses his past memory.
