They did it right the first year but ya getting watered down for sure
One step closer to being caught up on 22-23! It’s hard to justify these newer boxes considering the “fluff” as it were. Singles certainly seem to be easier

Skybox has some really nice inserts this year. PMGs are always cool but there are definitely more cards to chase this year

First break I saw of the new metal! Some of the inserts are nice!
I've never been a big fan of Skybox, but it does have some sharp looking inserts.
I think Skybox is my favorite product. The inserts of this year are great!
I definitely like some of the designs. The PMG colour is sharp for sure.
I agree repetition on the inserts mass produced seems watered down 🤦♂️ still like the look and what not but I agree not worth the price range as per usual lol good ole upper deck

Last year gave me Crosby and McDavid Red PMGs. I doubt it will happen twice in a row. I want that Elmer Soderblom, though!

My nephews fav goalie is the flower so that pmg is very nice and there are some nice looking inserts but they should make this product like they do with metal universe champions where most boxes have 2-3 numbered cards.
The hardware card designs look nice!

Finally they moved with the Retro from 1997-98. And I actually like the base cards, Jambalaya also looks better than last year.

Those aspect cards look cool. I like how they have actual landmarks of the area rather than generic background.
Still on the fence on this product. 2020-21 was phenomenal
It's interesting how this and Topps Cosmic Chrome baseball came out roughly at the same time. Metal Universe is on the cheaper side and I love the same theme. They just need to learn how to cut their cards with something other than a chainsaw. In the past you'd hit a nice PMG and it would be all screwed up.
