Hello, In our experience, listing “waive through” as the manner of entry is a good idea so long as the petitioner is prepared to provide evidence such as sworn witness statements. Without evidence, it can become tough to make the case and is really a strategic decision about whether or not to just file a waiver with the U visa or not.
