ये वो सवाल हैं, जो इन दिनों फिर से उठ खड़े हुए हैं.. दरअसल, एक बार फिर से चर्चा है कि सरकार ब्रॉडकास्टिंग बिल ला रही है.. माना जा रहा है कि जल्द ही इसे लोकसभा में पेश किया जा सकता है. ये बिल तीन दशक से भी ज्यादा पुराने केबल टीवी नेटवर्क एक्ट की जगह लेगा लेकिन इसके दायरे में अब सिर्फ केबल टीवी नहीं बल्कि डिजिटल मीडिया, सोशल मीडिया, ओटीटी प्लैटफॉर्म्स और यहां तक कि इंडिविजुअल यानि एकल कंटेंट क्रिएटर भी होंगे.
