As a life long Beatles fan, I am so happy to see these cartoons. My only problem is this: Appearantly the animators don't know who the lead singers are from song to song. For instance, "Day Tripper", although primarily written by John, has Paul in the lead. But they focus in on John as the lead.
I love when John just rips off Paul's shirt for the alien chick, and Paul still has that look on his face like he's been struck by cupid's arrow, haha.
That was awsome! The Beatles sure know how to solve a problem with the help of the music they play and the songs they sing. It even seemed to cheer them up.
Awsome! That cartoon reminds me of the HHPAY episode "Spaced Out". The Beatles sure know how to escape dangerous situations like the one they were just in. Thanks again so very, very, very, very, very, very much for posting this! I absolutely, definately, positively enjoyed it, and that's the truth!
ofcouse, I love this music and was born some forty to fifty years to late, while my grandparents never cared for the Beatles and were alive at the perfect time
Funny thing about that...the song was principally written by John, but he only sings "support" vocal -- though as you say, the cartoon depicts him as THE singer...
"I always kind of liked them. They were so bad or silly they were good, if you know what I mean." -George Harrison (June 1999 interview with Timothy White) "You know, I still get a blast out of watching the beatles cartoons on TV." -John Lennon (as told to writer, Roy Carr)
Yeah, a number of times they mistook a song sung by Paul or George as being sung by John -- and the opposite in the case of "Mr. Moonlight", showing Paul singing what John actually sang! One episode with a pretty good story, "I'm Looking Through You", was so marred by the "John for Paul" goof, that I decided to post a "corrected" edit!
I watched when it was new. On ABC on Saturday mornings. The second season killed it: the same cartoons from the first season and the second one was new.
@LaytonJG The voice actor who does John sounds like the same actor who did Inspector Fenwick in "Dudley Do-Right of the Mounties" in the "Rocky & Bullwinkle Show"
In 1972, Lennon commented, "I still get a blast out of watching the Beatles cartoons on TV." In 1999, Harrison said, "I always kind of liked [the cartoons]. They were so bad or silly that they were good, if you know what I mean. And I think the passage of time might make them more fun now." (wikipedia)

Paul has an automatic shirt dispenser.
John's autograph on Paul's shirt? I could never wash that XD
The guy who did John's voice did the voice for so many of the characters in the classic Christmas cartoons.
The guy who voiced Paul and Ringo also did the voice of Captain Fred in Yellow Submarine.
Paul Frees
Okay @@Doommaster1994wow, great news/info. ℹ️ 😅
i love when
ringo plays the drums with
everything lol
They got John's stance perfect: Feet shoulder-width apart, chin up, bounce up and down and up and down.
Love these old cartoons.
I love when John just rips off Paul's shirt for the alien chick, and Paul still has that look on his face like he's been struck by cupid's arrow, haha.
Love these! When I have children, they will definitely watch these cartoons
Fourteen years have passed. You have kids yet?
That was awsome! The Beatles sure know how to solve a problem with the help of the music they play and the songs they sing. It even seemed to cheer them up.

"a goofy globby creature with 17 arms"
I know your comment is 13 years old, but you’re honestly full of shit
I remember this episode!
Funny thing about that...the song was principally written by John, but he only sings "support" vocal -- though as you say, the cartoon depicts him as THE singer...
I loved the expressions on their faces after they changed back.
Hahaha, Ringo...

This is so nuts. I love it...
She is beautiful!
MAMA !
lol, love ringoo !
and his fancy accent ! ! ! :D
This is so creative! I haven't heard that intro music since I was a little child! Why don't they make cartoons like this anymore?
Itsn't it odd that as soon as they get in a jam that they start to play music? Real musicians aren't they?
MOMMA!
Imagine that, John sounded like Inspector Fenwick.😊😊❤
john sings when paul actually sings
love the beatles
LOL!!! 2:08 Ringo is sooo cute
Ah, this is great!
It was weird how the aliens could teleport and shapeshift, but it was even weirder how the Beatles started doing it too. It must be contagious.
The opening theme is the king features fanfare used in the blondie movies.
1:34 omg thats such an awkward shot omg im dying
not only does john slide in from the left
but look at his lips omg
aww ringo cried for his mommy

Love it how for no reason they burst into song :)
Yeah, a number of times they mistook a song sung by Paul or George as being sung by John -- and the opposite in the case of "Mr. Moonlight", showing Paul singing what John actually sang! i love how ringo describes a big goopy globby creature with 17 arms and long fuzzy claws in the beginning!!!totally funny!!!
Okay, sorry! When I looked at the time you posted,I saw Ringo.
I watched when it was new. On ABC on Saturday mornings. The second season killed it: the same cartoons from the first season and the second one was new.
Beatles - "The Trouble with Tribbles"
...even intergalactic travel inspires a song! XD

i was in a spaceship for a month last night !
"Daddy" will be so pleased.
yep all this certainly looks like one damn good day "trip" to me LOL
Poor Ringo :(
That was Lance Percival who did Ringo.. and Paul, too. Paul Frees was John and George.
Apple owns the show now. Whether it gets OFFICIALLY release is up to them.
It would be a great move on their part since the last Beatles song we'll ever get has been released.
i want your autograph -john pulls part of puals shirt off yes very clever john
I love John!
AAAHHH!!! MAMA!!!
lol i love john "ide give it exactly what it came for"...."what" "my autograph ovecourse!" i love them!!! :3
I Love Ringo! :D
Anyone else notice that when John was signing Paul's shirt, he signed it with his left hand?
important lesson to be learned here

It makes more funny the cartoon but all we know ringo is the best! lmL
paul is so cute even in cartoons xD
BEST SONG EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :):)
when get stuck on planets i also start playing songs with my band! XD
the lesson here? Day trippers: never take a one way ticket!
In case of an emergency, play the appropriate Beatles song that best fits your situation.
I Like How The Song Completely Goes With Non-Beatle Voices! XD
They were across the universe:^D
this song is about druuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuugs. Love it.
hehe, Paul has a goofy smile!
Ringo is so cute!!!
I would TOTALLY Want John autograph on PAULS Shirt : D
Actually, PAUL played bass. George was "lead guitarist" (amd I don't mean heavy metal).
what do you do during a drastic situation?
play a beatles song that is very fitting for the occasion!
Lmfaoo love this x33 !!! dAY tripperr (:
@wavefuncproduction He softened up to them eventually.
