CLIP DESCRIPTION:
Kevin (Macaulay Culkin) runs up to the second floor, while Harry (Joe Pesci) and Marv (Daniel Stern) underestimate his booby traps.
FILM DESCRIPTION:
John Hughes and Chris Columbus repeat their best-selling formula from the first Home Alone film with this sequel. Once again Kevin McCallister's (Macaulay Culkin) family leave him behind, only now he gets on a flight to New York instead of going with his family to Miami. Kevin manages to hail a cab and is delivered to the doorsteps of the Plaza Hotel, where, using his father's credit card, he rents out a suite and has the time of his life -- although a smarmy hotel clerk (Tim Curry) and bellboy (Rob Schneider) eye him with suspicion. But ingenious Kevin keeps them at bay, using the same tomfoolery he applied to his uncle in the first picture. He takes time out from his consumer debauch to chat with a friendly old toy-store magnate (Eddie Bracken) and pontificate to a homeless Pigeon Lady (Brenda Fricker) on the meaning of Christmas. But then he runs into his old enemies Harry (Joe Pesci) and Marv (Daniel Stern).When he finds out that they plan on robbing the old man's toy store on Christmas Eve, he mans the battle stations once again, complete with electric prods, flames of fire, and sundry blunt instruments.

Home Alone will always be a christmas classic. Its one of those movies that you have to watch when its christmas
For me, Harry and Marv will always be one of the greatest duos of all time. They could not have been better cast or written.

Basically, the summary of the first two Home Alone films.
Also, underrated aspect of the dodging-the-paint-cans scene is that when Harry and Marv get hit by the giant swinging pipe, they smack into the paint cans on the way down into the big hole to the basement. So the two cans just weren't bait, but insult to injury.

While Marv remembers that Harry lost his gold tooth the previous year, I'm somewhat surprised that he doesn't remember the paint can trap since that's what caused Harry to lose the tooth.
Also, I like how at around 1:20 Harry is laughing with Marv. Especially when he makes the shnoze comment. That shows while Harry is annoyed by Marv’s stupidity, they can still be great friends and enjoy the things they do together.

Realism aside, Joe Pesci’s “no” just as the pipe is falling has to be one of the funniest single word deliveries in movie history!
That’s why it’s a funny, fictional movie. Don’t take everything so literally .
Just a great classic movie after theses years later to the actors and actresses who passed away my thoughts are with your family you may be gone but not forgotten still a classic to watch at Christmas time love and appreciate you guys thanks you guys rock the stunt men who helped joe pesci and Daniel stern did a excellent job you should be amazed and proud it's all fun and games until someone gets hurt look out !
