11 February a day to celebrate for oppressed majority of SA: Ngcuka

"11 February 1990, a day many will never forget" this according to Former National Prosecution Authority boss, Bulelani Ngcuka. A member of the Mandela reception committee, Ngcuka highlights that this is a day of celebration for the oppressed majority of South Africa.
