      @@lifeinmb sure thing I have to be near water I’m from cape cod Massachusetts was thinking like waterway inter coastal lot cheaper and hoa need something no more than 350,000 and at least 2 bedroom hoa under 500 I think have not been qualified yet trying to come down for a few days in a few weeks crying to book something

    Hey Nick, I was just down there and asking locals about the area. What about the homeowners insurance? They mentioned it being off the wall especially if your close to the ocean.

      Insurance has gone up a bit over the last few years, yes but it is all dependent on specific areas. Closer to the beach will have higher insurance but other areas are still very affordable. It is always best to consult with an insurance agent regarding specifics!
