How to design a KPI tree

When you're looking to increase production volumes in your manufacturing supply chain, which KPI's would you implement at different levels in the organisation? This video take that goal as an example while we explore how to design a KPI tree from strategic management goals, through operational performance indicators, to shop floor activities that support high performance.
