We used to do this in swim practice with swim caps. The coach would give us an old swim cap.
We would have four people grab the edges and move it up and down in the pool, stretching in and filling it with water. Then we would take it to the edge and the smallest swimmer we had would jump into it. We would let go, and she would just sit in there like a potato lmao
