What would you dilute this with to get a paler pink? I've been using pale pink toner but it fades off really quickly so im hoping a direct dye will work better. My daughter's green dye has lasted months without the need to re touch it. So im looking for the same performance from a pink but it needs to be pale like candy floss ❤
You can dilute with Clear, but pastels are always going to have less longevity than jewel toned shades, because you're already starting with less pigment

Does it have any effect on brown hair with occasional gray?
It may slightly tint the greys, but pre lighten for best results!
