Ive been building models for over 40 years and my models are not even close to the details put forth on this video. The time and effort this person puts into this model it just amazing. Arigato gozaimasu for sharing. Aloha from Hawaii
After witnessing a fantastic build with attention to detail near a molecular level i am not at all surprised the filming and editing of this masterpiece is equally impressive ..
I am nowhere even close to this amount of detail in my models but because of videos like this I am getting better. This is just pure talent. A beautiful work of art. Thank you for teaching us what a model can be with practice and patience.
Thanks for sharing the excellent building tips. In video 9:06, you first spray Tamiya LP11(silver) on the chassis surface. And then in video 9:20, you spray Gaia GS-02 white primer over the layer of silver paint. As a result, there are two layers of paint on the chassis surface. The first layer is "silver" paint and the second layer is the "white" primer. Why don't you just only spray one layer of the white primer? Is there any special reason that you spray the silver paint before spraying the white primer? Thanks.
It's already very impressive to be able to create the model so accurately with the smallest details never forgotten, but to do it all at a master level while having a camera in between your work and your body must add a whole other level of difficulty! This is amazingly well built, as well as masterfully filmed and edited. I'd like to consider myself somewhat decent at model making, but this work is far beyond anything I could do, especially without my face 5 inches away from what I'm working on lol.
Thank you. When I shoot videos using this method, it takes two to three times as long to make a model as it normally would. The camera gets in the way when I'm making models, but I wanted the viewers to experience the feeling of making the models themselves😀
World class Modelling. Thank you so much for showing us your abilities & details. Just amazing. How do u get so much knowledge on each car details?? From drawings & pictures? Just absolutely incredible.
Amazing quality work! I can tell you have some genuine knowledge about how real cars are put together. Im impressed by all the fine details you add into the model.
Never seen a all build with lots of hand made extra,s. Unbelieveable beautifull result at the end. Compared to you,my builds look like a child has put it together. 100% class work. And from this video everybody can learn a lot. Thank you Chief for making this complete build video.
Thank you. I am very happy that my video is useful for you. Don't tell me your work looks like it was made by a child. In the future, I will add more easy-to-understand explanations to the videos and post videos that will please you😀
wow thank you for this video. it was a real treat to watch. the detail in the rotors and calipers from tamiya is quite good but sure does leave something to be desired.
Amazing talent & skills. That thing is beautiful & im not a Ford fan. I watched every minute of this video & was blown away by the time & work you put into it. Thank you Sir for sharing 🇺🇸
Truly exceptional. An extreme level of detail. A curiosity. It would be nice to build two models (same car). One with your exceptional craftsmanship and customization and the other without customizations by exactly following the instructions and materials attached to the model. By placing them alongside them, your skill would stand out even more.
It is an amazing detail build! Incredible!! Thank you so much "MOKEI PAINT" to illustrate the technique and also edited this video, I watched non-stop for almost 2 hours and enjoyed every second of it. What a superb job!!
Incredible build. Watched a few times how you did the welds. I hope to apply that to one of my models in the future. I enjoy learning new techniques. Thank you!
...and all of the kids watch people (who make millions of dollars )yell and act all obnoxious while watching other people's dumb tiktok clips... Really saddens me. BEAUTIFUL work, my man! edit: btw, I love Tamiya.. They make some really nice quality models (I just wish so many of them weren't "curbside" only)
It's cool how you make some of your own parts...Very impressive! I'm a firm believer that the small details make all the difference in anything one does
The final result is more realistic than the 1/1 scale version! 😅 You might as well go all the way, build a 1/24 scale gasoline engine, and find a 1/24 scale person to take it to the 1/24 scale track! I love detail, the welds you did in the unibody blew me away.
how do you film this? do you have multiple cameras on tripods or just one mounted on your head or upper body? is the camera in macro mode and you have to constantly pay attention that everything is in the frame? or do you film with a high resolution camera and then enlarge the picture afterwards? i mean the modelling part is so much work in its own and then you have to also pay attention, that everything is filmed properly. wow! just wow! love it!
Thank you. I have the pipe that holds the camera fixed to my desk. A fixed arm dedicated to the camera is attached to it so that the position of the camera can be changed. I use my iPhone or smartphone camera to shoot videos. I use one camera for video recording. I would like to use a high-performance single-lens reflex camera with good resolution, but the camera's fixed position is restricted and the amount of data is large, making video editing difficult. The drawback of smartphone cameras is that they cannot zoom in much. Recent smartphones include high-performance models equipped with Leica cameras. Sometimes a smartphone camera is better than a cheaper SLR camera. Currently, the resolution and color quality of the camera I'm using isn't very good, so I'm considering what kind of camera to buy in the future.
I noticed you are using the PS-270 0.2 airbrush on the chassis. Just wondering if there is a reason? I also have the airbrush and noticed it does really well with metallic paints on smaller parts.
Thank you. I often use the 0.2mm airbrush for parts with many uneven surfaces, such as chassis and interior parts. 0.3mm air brushes tend to collect mist on uneven surfaces. If you reduce the air pressure of the 0.2mm airbrush a little and add a little more thinner to the paint, it will be less likely to become a mist😀👍
The coilovers look amazing. How did you get the inside of the spring so clean, between the darker blue spring and brighter blue metal part. That space is so small.
Thank you. The suspension is shaving the out side of the suspension first. Masking tape is used for painting, but the inner side of the suspension is repaired with a brush.
He builds like nobody I've ever seen before! He makes a masterpiece out of a Tamiya kit with no engine!
Thank you. I'm happy to make you happy😀

By far the most detailed model I’ve seen on UA-cam. Insane stuff.

Great video. Have you thought of cutting out the bonnet and adding a resin engine.
Thank you. I wanted a gin kit, but I couldn't get one. The chassis requires quite a bit of modification to accommodate the engine.

The level of details. It’s mind blowing. 🤯
Beautiful build.
Thank you for sharing. 🙏🏻
Thank you. I'm happy😀
Stunning Detail and Beautiful work! Great job on the video as well.
Thank you😀
Wow what a build! Why did you add a layer of silver paint before the white surface if i may ask?
Thank you. The reason for painting it silver is to prevent light from passing through since the plastic is white.
You’re a master …… this is a very skilfully made model. Superb video which had me glued to the screen.
thank you. I am happy that you are pleased with me😀
