I resonate with the grief part so deeply. I remember one specific day in particular, several months back while I was in separation from my DM, and I was having such a great day where everything went good and my supervisors where complimenting me on my work ethic and I was so full of energy and all of the sudden out of no where a wave of sadness and pain hits my heart. I literally broke down crying and immediately thought of my twin in front of my apartment. Even before I met my twin, yes I would get these really weird void feelings. Like a sad empty feeling. Melancholy is what I would call it. I never knew where it was coming from. It's a strange empty feeling. Out of nowhere. I feel it now in our seperation. Sometimes feeling happy, light and having a wonderful vibe, then in a split second I feel like crying. Also, the thought of him at times will literally make my heart skip beats and palpatate. Instant sadness. Such a strong bond! โคโค

My twin never thinks of me, he said to me! "I really never think of you, Iโm sorry" I believe him.
I had an experience before wherein I think I was crying, or that I started crying for no reason, but I realized I felt like I was crying HIS tears, feeling his heartbreak as well. It was so weird.
There are positives I see him do and we've both started to "hustle" at the same time toward things. I've seen things that have angered me and frustrated me as well. He awakened me about a year ago with his energy/soul and feeling his emotions in my dreams for 2 months straight. He still appears in them now but feel him in waking hours. I mostly feel him when I "meditate" by listening to music while driving, I feel him. We're in 5D. I feel sad and angry today so he may be picking up on that. Sometimes I don't know if it's his or my emotions. It's a difficult journey.

Saaaaaaaame!!!!!!! Makes my whole life make sense. I was a super sensitive child! Crying randomly or whenever I saw another experiencing pain or lack. Learned just how painful and traumatic my twin's childhood was, whereas mine was relatively better, although I always felt neglected, misunderstood, and unloved.

Thank you for saying "even if you haven't met". I've known of him through dreams and felt him for years but recently I've started communicating with him telepathically but we haven't even met yet. Feels bizarre and I of course have doubts but I fight them.

Yep, happened to me a few wks ago.. displaced emotions out of nowhere. Had absolutely no reason to feel that way in that moment, took me a second, but I quickly realized my DM must be goin through it... (currently in separation)
If our twin mirrors back to us what we are feeling then why did he out of the clear blue sky decide to pull away claiming he doesnโt love me, when just a week prior, we spent the best weekend. He was so loving and kind. He couldnโt stand the excitement of wanting to surprise me for my birthday with a marriage proposal. So he blurted out he was planning on proposing to me on my birthday. I was so so touched and filled with joy. Then the weekend ends and we go back to our working lives. I hadnโt heard from him in a few days but I just thought he might be having a stressful week. But a few days later still no reply to any of my sweet texts. So I call him, and instantly I felt his energy and it was cold n detached. Then I asked whatโs wrong? He said well, I havenโt loved you for a long time.. I did but that changed.. I asked why did he say he was planning to propose to me if he knew he didnโt love me.. he claimed that he didnโt remember saying that or anything else about that last weekend we spent about a week and 3 days prior. So how is he reflecting my energy when I was over the moon happy until the day he said he doesnโt love me??? Iโm confused and trying to stay in higher vibration energy but not having any explanation can really hurt. I know itโs not good to ignore feelings but I do try by distracting myself by doing things I like to do and staying in the present moment. So you would think being mostly happy or at least content most of the time, that he would come back and apologize and admit that he lied. But noooo. Itโs been 3 months and still no sign that he is changing his heart to mirror mine. I send him light and love every night before bed and still nothing. All I feel from him is he loved me too and hopes Iโm going to be okay. But he doesnโt think he could treat me with the love and respect I deserve. But he used to in the 3D. I just donโt understand.

I thought I had cyclothymia which is a mild form of bipolar disorder. You get these strange waves of deep grief, depression, or melancholy but they donโt last for very long. The first time this happen I was no older than 7. I also get the opposite which is hypo mania where I feel euphoric, like nothing can stop me. It comes at random but mostly when Iโm around a lot of people. I would pursue a diagnosis but I donโt fit the criteria because Iโve gone 2 months without any episodes. I always felt this was not coming from me.

Infinity, how are you able to know this information? This is not intuitive normally. You mentioned writing a song. I just switched careers from engineering to writing songs. It is only because of the passion I feel for my twin. I don' t open open up to anyone and this is even hard for me. But this connection with her resonates as a twin flame. Before crying I will feel very heavy hearted as if I am having some very heavy emotional pain and then I used to end up crying many times. I always used to complain with my friends that am feeling like crying without any reason. It used to be very often. I never understood why I used to feel that ways.
