Hello Bristi....God bless you. Rasmalai is my favourte dessert. Just made these anguri rasmalai as per your recipe. Belive me, it turned out be as good as if not better than the ones we used to buy from the nearest Bengali sweet shop. Thanks for this best recipe. Ill keep doing it very often now.
Instead of white sugar, I used Dhage wali misri ki powder.

Hello mam please guide ki mere se kya galti hui ye recipe banane me ..mere sare rasgulle paani me ghul gaye ,aisa lag raha tha jaise mash paneer ko paani me ghol diya ho . 😞
Maine amul ka malai paneer liya tha 250 gm usme 1 TSP cornflour and 1/2 TSP maida add ki thi . Paneer ki balls achchi bani thi koi crack bhi nahi dikh raha tha, chasni bhi ache se boil ho rahi thi .fir galti kya aur kaha hui .
