This is the best Donatella fan-made video I've found. The editing is great, and this video really captures the true meaning of the song. Bring a model can seem glamorous and perfect, but the constant need to look and act a certain way can choke the life out of you and totally distort reality.
I'm not a big fan of the song, but i have an interpretation for the music video: It's celebrating the superficial lifestyle...but at the end the woman hangs herself because she realizes the plastic emptiness of her materialistic life. The "shhh" is ironic because you were just given a peek of the grim truth of living an empty material life, but you'll never know or change your ways, because you're too satisfied endlessly consuming, in your shallow existence.
