    I LOL'd at the 'poly-vitamins'.
"Basically everything that an athlete needs and what they can't get in the food they eat, at least in the desired amounts".
IKR! I can never seem to get enough Anavar from my diet.

why is it funny? sure they may take steroids but vitamins are still very important. and anavar is a fucking bodybuilding steroid.

There is good and bad in both of this weightlift every day but it can get redundant

Thanks for taking the time to make these videos. As a Canadian that knows about 3 Russian words I really appreciate the effort.

Thanks for translating. A bigger font size would be nice though, it's hard to read everything and see what's going on.

Very good video and channel, but translation is always small and not so bright, its not easy to see everything. Actualy, its a struggle to see anything, especially when its three lines and its going really fast. You should make letters in other font bigger and brighter, otherwise its hard to catch up video and translation together,as it should be...

Dang. They run their camp almost the same way sumo stables are run. The whole getting up early, warm up, train, eat, sleep and repeat pattern works extremely well.

Thank you for the post. The host is a bit much, but that is what it is.
With regard to the vitamins, the Russians have always been very good about giving their guys what they need to recover without going too far. I'd expect BCAAs, an efa sup, D3 and a multi of some sort. Even during the steroid days, the Soviets made sure that their guys basically came up to the level of a healthy teenager rather than crazy over the top health damaging.
